What Treziqo is
Treziqo is a technology platform for an overview of personal finances, the analysis of financial information and the support of financial literacy.
Nature of the content
Blog articles, social media posts, videos and the output of the in-app AI assistant are informational and educational. They draw on our own knowledge and experience, publicly available sources, analytical methods and artificial intelligence tools. They may contain opinions, model examples, estimates and scenarios — these are neither a forecast nor a promise of future developments.
Not individual advice
Publicly published Treziqo articles, analyses, videos and other educational materials are not prepared on the basis of an individual assessment of a particular reader's financial circumstances and are not intended as personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
When providing answers, the AI assistant may process financial data that the user has available in the app. Its purpose is to help with understanding and organising that data, with calculations and with explaining financial relationships. It is not an individual investment advice service, and the assistant is not intended to recommend specific investment instruments as suitable for a particular user.
Should specific content meet the definition of an investment recommendation or a regulated financial service, the applicable law applies regardless of this notice.
Accuracy and changes
We aim for the content to be factually correct, but it may contain errors or inaccuracies and may become out of date — financial markets, rates, prices and legal and tax rules change. Each article shows its publication date and, where known, each source shows the date we retrieved it. We may update or withdraw content at any time.
Your decisions and risk
Decisions about your money are your own. Verify information from other sources, consider your own situation and consult a qualified professional (an investment, tax or legal adviser) before making individual decisions. Investing involves the risk of loss, including the loss of the capital invested. Past performance and the scenarios described do not guarantee future results.
Use of artificial intelligence and editorial review
Treziqo uses artificial intelligence to search for and process information and to create texts, analyses and audiovisual content.
Some content undergoes human editorial review before publication, while other content is created and published automatically. We transparently indicate the extent of editorial review on individual publications.
Automatically created content may contain errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information. Content requiring special regulatory assessment is not published automatically without appropriate review.
The AI assistant provides automated answers that are not individually reviewed by a person in advance.
Automated publication on social networks
Treziqo may automatically publish posts, articles, graphics and videos on social networks and other digital platforms.
Content published in this way is generally informational, educational or commentary in nature. We indicate the use of artificial intelligence in a manner appropriate to the nature of the content, the technical capabilities of the platform and the applicable law.
If a specific publication constitutes an investment recommendation within the meaning of the applicable regulations, it must also meet the requirements that apply to such recommendations.

Your statutory rights
This notice does not limit the rights you have under the law, in particular consumer rights. Use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service and the processing of personal data by the Privacy Policy.
